About The Position
This position is for a Sessional Instructional Assistant for the RSM5604H - Leadership Development Practicum course for the Fall 2026 semester. The role involves assisting with grading, proctoring exams, holding tutorials and office hours, and other assigned duties. The position requires the candidate to be in person.
Requirements
- MBA graduate with interest or experience in OB_HR_Leadership either as a learner or teacher
- Candidate must have taken a Leadership Development Practicum (RSM5604 or RSM5614) course or Leadership Development Lab (RSM2622) course at Rotman School of Management
- Previous experience is the more relevant criterion than the need to acquire experience in respect of this posted position
- Must be available and comfortable with both online and in-person course delivery
Responsibilities
- Assist in grading assignments
- Proctoring final exam
- Invigilate tests and exams as required
- Holds tutorials and office hours
- Other duties as assigned
