About The Position

Legendary Home Services proudly supports several trusted home service brands across Minnesota including Blue Ox Heating & Air, Paul Bunyan Plumbing & Drains, and EarlyBird Electric. For over 20 years we have provided electrical, plumbing, heating, and air services to homeowners across the Twin Cities and Rochester areas. We are continuing to grow and are looking for an IT Support Specialist to help support the technology and systems that keep our teams running smoothly every day. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys technology troubleshooting, systems support, and helping others solve problems while gaining hands on experience with industry leading software such as ServiceTitan. The ServiceTitan Specialist supports internal technology, employee devices, and business systems across the organization. This role will begin with training in our Call Center to develop a strong understanding of our operations, customer experience, and internal systems. After completing CSR training, the role will begin supporting internal technology and systems including device setup, troubleshooting, and ServiceTitan system support. Over time this role will continue developing into a systems support and ServiceTitan administration position.

Requirements

  • Current, hands-on ServiceTitan experience
  • IT education, certification, or relevant experience preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Comfortable learning and supporting new technology platforms
  • Strong communication skills and ability to assist coworkers with technology questions
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments

  • IT support or technical support
  • Mobile device management platforms such as Jamf
  • CRM or field service software such as ServiceTitan
  • Device setup or employee technology support

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot day to day technology issues for employees
  • Provide internal technical support and problem resolution
  • Coordinate with our managed IT partner when advanced support is needed
  • Configure and program new devices for employees
  • Assist with mobile device management through Jamf
  • Support internal systems and software used across the organization
  • Assist with ServiceTitan troubleshooting and system questions
  • Help employees navigate ServiceTitan and internal CRM tools
  • Monitor system updates and assist with improvements
  • Help diagnose reporting or CRM related issues
  • Assist with maintaining system accuracy and performance
  • Train to become a local ServiceTitan administrator
  • Assist with system updates, configuration, and process improvements
  • Help support internal reporting and system functionality
  • Complete Customer Service Representative training to understand company systems and workflow
  • Assist the Call Center team when additional support is needed
  • Help maintain smooth communication between teams and internal systems
