The Services Solutions Director is a senior individual contributor responsible for designing, shaping, and scoping outcome-driven services engagements that accelerate customer adoption, expand platform value, drive credit consumption, and support renewals and growth across both new logo and existing customers. This role sits at the intersection of sales, solution design, services strategy, and go-to-market execution. The ideal candidate can lead consultative discovery, translate business priorities into practical solution roadmaps, structure low-risk and high-value services engagements, and create clear commercial artifacts including proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work (SOWs). In addition to supporting strategic opportunities, this role helps scale Domo’s services business by improving repeatable offerings, scoping frameworks, estimation methods, partner guidance, and field enablement. This person will play a key role in evolving how Domo packages, positions, and sells services, including traditional implementation work, outcome-based consulting engagements, and emerging AI and agentic solutions.
