About The Position

The Warehouse & Logistics Leader oversees warehouse and logistics operations to meet customer requirements safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. The role works with project managers, global supply chain teams, logistics vendors, and business stakeholders to coordinate material movement, warehouse activities, and project logistics. It drives operational excellence through process improvements, cost reductions, and effective warehouse management while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The position is onsite five days per week, with a scheduled workday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Current work authorization in the country of employment is required; the employer cannot provide or continue work authorization sponsorship.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline from an accredited university or college.
• At least 4 years of experience in Services, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Operations.
• Experience managing warehouse, logistics, supply chain, or operations activities.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, suppliers, or logistics partners.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently while delivering results.
• Current work authorization in the country of employment; sponsorship is not provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate warehouse and logistics operations to support business and customer requirements.
• Manage warehouse productivity, process quality, and operational performance metrics.
• Drive reductions in controllable expenses, VCP initiatives, and contract labor spending.
• Oversee purchasing, receiving, storage, inventory management, shipping, and logistics activities.
• Manage warehouse resources, including contract labor personnel, to ensure operational efficiency.
• Coordinate communication between project managers, global supply chain teams, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Support strategic logistics planning for projects to ensure successful and timely delivery.
• Meet customer requirements while maintaining high standards of service, safety, and quality.
• Maintain accurate transactions and records in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Identify and implement cost-reduction and continuous-improvement opportunities while meeting customer and operational requirements.
