About The Position

The Technical Consultant (TC) is responsible for participating in a technical team through the deployment of a project in ServiceNow. The TC works with the Solutions Architect (SA), Business Process Consultant (BPC), and Project Manager (PM) to configure ServiceNow according to the project scope and Presidio best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent work experience and/or military experience
  • Minimum of 1-3 years' experience as an Administrator or Developer of the ServiceNow platform
  • Ability to develop on the ServiceNow platform including configuration and customization
  • Strong JavaScripting experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the ITIL framework
  • Experience explaining ServiceNow solutions to business stakeholders
  • Knowledge of Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflow/Flow Designer, Table/Form creation, etc.
  • Experience with Agile methodology (including story refinement, testing, and scrum)
  • ServiceNow System Admin Certification
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification

Responsibilities

  • Understand industry and ServiceNow best practices.
  • Understand Presidio ServiceNow products and service offerings.
  • Participate in the implementation of delivery projects, including: Gathering requirements from the client, Participating in design development with the Solutions Architect, Implementing requirements defined in Agile stories and tasks.
