The ServiceNow Administrator Senior is a key member of the DASH / Technical Operations Team, responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the firm’s ServiceNow platform. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the platform’s reliability, performance, and security, while also providing essential basic engineering and operational support. The ServiceNow Administrator Senior manages core ITSM applications, troubleshoots platform issues, and helps automate internal business processes. The role also includes light development and customization to enhance functionality and support evolving business needs. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, IT Service Management best practices, and foundational application development and scripting knowledge.
