U.S. Bank is seeking a hands-on ServiceNow System Administrator to support a critical platform that enables case management and operational workflows across the enterprise. This role plays a key part in maintaining platform stability, supporting 24/7 operational teams, and ensuring secure, reliable ServiceNow functionality within a governed environment. This person will serve as the primary administrator of the ServiceNow platform, owning responsibilities across access management, production support, and release execution. They will partner closely with engineers, architects, and process leaders to manage platform operations, enforce governance controls, and support continuous improvement of ServiceNow applications and environments.
