About The Position

FIRSTNET GLOBAL LLC is looking for a ServiceNow SPM Certified Architect for a contracting position. This is a Lead Level BPC or TC role with multiple remote opportunities. The role involves designing and implementing ServiceNow SPM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting workshops and training, analyzing and enhancing processes, providing expert guidance, developing technical documentation, and supporting troubleshooting.

Requirements

ServiceNow SPM certification is required.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementations and architecture.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow SPM solutions tailored to client needs.
