About The Position
We are seeking a Certified ITSM Architect to design and implement scalable IT Service Management solutions. The role involves aligning ITSM with ITOM, observability, SDLC, and testing processes while driving continuous service improvement.
Requirements
- ITSM Certification (mandatory)
- Strong experience in ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of ITOM, observability, and CI/CD practices
- Experience in stakeholder management and solution design
- 12+ years of experience
- Any visa except OPT and GC
Responsibilities
- Define and implement ITSM architecture and strategy
- Integrate ITSM with ITOM, observability, and SDLC processes
- Provide recommendations for user feedback collection and service enhancements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery
- Ensure best practices, governance, and compliance across ITSM processes
