About The Position

The ServiceNow Software Developer Senior will play a pivotal role in the DCSA AT client engagement by leveraging their expertise in the ServiceNow platform to enhance, optimize, and automate IT service management and business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of ITIL processes. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow modules and functionalities to meet the needs of the DCSA. This position is remote.

  • Experience developing and configuring ServiceNow functionality using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.

  • Experience developing workflows, scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and notifications.
  • Experience writing and maintaining server-side and client-side JavaScript.
  • Experience implementing automation using Flow Designer.
  • Experience using Glide APIs to manipulate data and enforce logic.
  • Experience supporting integrations by consuming or exposing REST/SOAP APIs under guidance.
  • Experience designing and implementing integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and integration hub.
  • Experience automating routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Experience maintaining data quality across ServiceNow tables.
  • Experience configuring reference fields, choice lists, and catalog items.
  • Experience supporting CMDB updates and basic relationship management.
  • Experience performing data imports and transform maps.
  • Experience performing unit testing and functional testing of developed solutions.
  • Experience troubleshooting defects and production issues.
