Overview The ServiceNow Senior Quality Assurance is responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, performance, and stability of ServiceNow platform solutions. This role leads and supports quality assurance activities across platform enhancements, upgrades, scheduled releases, integrations, and emerging capabilities, including Now Assist. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in software testing, automation, defect management, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to operate effectively in an Agile delivery environment.
