We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team supporting the Transportation Team.
Requirements
7–10 years in IT service QA/QC roles supporting federal infrastructure programs.
Demonstrated experience supporting government agencies, customers, or contracts within federal environments. This includes the Intelligence Community (IC), Department of Defense (DoD), Federal Civil agencies, and military organizations.
Prior experience supporting the same or similar contract, with an in-depth understanding of the customer environment, requirements, and operational landscape, is highly desirable.
ISO 9001 Lead Auditor
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Quality Management, or related field.
Public Trust clearance
U.S. Citizen
Nice To Haves
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or CMMI Assessor preferred.
Responsibilities
Develops and manages the Quality Control Plan (QCP) ensuring compliance with performance standards, SLA metrics, and deliverable acceptance criteria.
Design QA/QC frameworks for service delivery and documentation reviews.
Conduct audits and performance sampling against SLAs.
Produce Quality Performance Reports and Corrective Action Plans.
Interface with the Program Manager to ensure continuous service improvement.
