About The Position

EY's Government and Public Sector (GPS) practice is a robust and emerging practice with tremendous potential for growth. Our US GPS practice combines an understanding of the public sector’s diverse needs, focused on delivering improved public services, with private sector leading practices. We respond to our client’s issues by bringing together highly skilled professionals across Consulting, Assurance, Tax and Strategy and Transactions services. This integrated approach facilitates multidimensional support and flexibility to meet our clients’ changing needs. The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for designing and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support business processes and improve service delivery. They customize and configure applications, workflows, and integrations to meet organizational needs. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. The developer troubleshoots issues and ensures the platform operates efficiently and effectively.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of ServiceNow technical experience
  • Experience delivering large scale ServiceNow engagements or complex IT engagements
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to support the development of digital platform strategies
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance or higher, which will be driven by the engagement requirements.
  • Must be willing to work in person as needed depending on the client.

  • Experience with scripting and custom application development
  • Experience with ServiceNow project execution and responsibilities
  • Core Application development using ServiceNow AppEngine
  • Overseeing application and workflow configuration
  • Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components

  • Interact directly with the customer, stakeholders, and subject matter resources to coordinate, validate and socialize in one or more areas of technology delivery.
  • Manage, assess and implement changes to the related deliverables.
  • Help our clients with technology-enabled transformation to achieve their business objectives.
  • Act as a role model for EY’s core values and maintain and expand client relationships through the delivery of high-quality work.
