Your key responsibilities As a member of the People Consulting team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organizational structures; improve HR process efficiency; manage people risks; support change efforts to help organizations successfully transition to a future state; and advise organizations on a range of challenges that are associated with major transformations. You will engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders. You will also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches.
