Your key responsibilities As a member of the People Consulting team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of HR operating models and organizational structures; improve HR process efficiency; manage people risks; support change efforts to help organizations successfully transition to a future state; and advise organizations on a range of challenges that are associated with major transformations. You will engage and build relationships with colleagues and clients, while advising key stakeholders. You will also work collaboratively to deliver innovative and insightful, yet practical solutions for a range of challenges, simple and complex, by designing change management strategies and approaches. Requirements

  • Relevant professional service experience – including, for example, previous work with a Big Four firm, global management consultancy firm, or niche consultancy, or performing an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large scale project(s)
  • A bachelor's degree and approximately ten years of relevant work experience or a master's degree with an emphasis on organizational change, management, or human capital/HR management, or a related field
  • A minimum of ten years of prior experience in change management, organizational design, HR operating and delivery model, HR process efficiency and policy, preparing complex written or verbal materials, presenting complex issues to executives, leading multiple teams, and providing formal feedback, with knowledge and experience in the following areas:
  • Project/program management
  • Organizational transformation
  • Stakeholder and customer engagement support
  • Performance measurement/performance management
  • Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our capabilities (see above)
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance or higher
  • Demonstrated ability to develop long-term client relationships and a portfolio of new business
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills

  • Certifications in change management and human capital are a plus
