The position also involves providing dedicated engineering coverage for the ServiceNow platform, accelerating delivery of enhancements and fixes, and identifying/reducing technical debt. Cross-team partnership with CMDB governance, operations, platform, and client teams is crucial for translating requirements into technical implementations and acting as a trusted engineering advisor.
