About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Director to oversee the strategic implementation, governance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise. This role ensures workflows, automation, and integrations align with operational and business objectives while maintaining platform performance, scalability, and cost management.
Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 10+ years of IT platform or enterprise application experience
• 5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
• Experience managing enterprise platform teams
• Strong leadership and platform governance experience

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with enterprise ITSM implementations
• Experience with cloud platform integrations
• Experience managing platform budgets and vendors

Responsibilities

• Lead ServiceNow platform strategy and governance
• Manage platform roadmap and implementation initiatives
• Oversee workflow automation, incident management, and case management systems
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and reliability
• Manage platform costs, reporting, and vendor relationships
• Provide Tier 3 escalation support oversight
• Ensure platform aligns with enterprise architecture and business processes
• Lead ServiceNow development and administration teams
