About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, and workflow automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Experience with workflow automation and platform configuration
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships provided.

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Implement integrations with external systems
• Customize ServiceNow UI and dashboards
• Automate business processes and workflows
• Support incident, case, and workflow management systems
• Provide Tier 3 platform support and troubleshooting
• Ensure platform performance and best practices compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
