About The Position

CTP, Inc is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications and workflows within the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, integrations, and workflow automation. Travel to the Caribbean region will likely be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations and APIs
• Experience with workflow automation and platform configuration
• Candidate must be authorized to work in the United States. No sponsorships provided.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow certifications
• Experience with enterprise ITSM platforms
• Experience with cloud integrations
• Experience with enterprise workflow automation
• Active SECRET security clearance desired

Responsibilities

• Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Implement integrations with external systems
• Customize ServiceNow UI and dashboards
• Automate business processes and workflows
• Support incident, case, and workflow management systems
• Provide Tier 3 platform support and troubleshooting
• Ensure platform performance and best practices compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions
