About The Position

We are seeking a ServiceNow Platform Developer who will serve as a member of a highly collaborative team to own, analyze, design, develop and configure the ServiceNow platform. Create customized solutions in accordance with best practices utilizing ServiceNow platform supported programming languages. You will deploy and configure new platform modules and features and develop integrations with other systems. Incumbent must work three days each week in the Omaha, NE office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience developing solutions on the ServiceNow Platform.
6+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting a ServiceNow Platform.
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps.
A strong understanding of the ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework is essential.
Ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical business owners, ensuring alignment between business needs and ServiceNow platform capabilities.
Experience collaborating with and mentoring ServiceNow Administrators, including reviewing configurations and custom code to ensure adherence to platform best practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the architecture framework for ServiceNow solutions.
Design end-to-end workflows and integrations to meet complex business requirements.
Define standards, guidelines, and best practices for development and administration.
Work closely with developers, administrators, business stakeholders, and vendors to implement solutions.
Review designs, validate configurations, and ensure system performance, scalability, and security.
Recommend enhancements and leverage new ServiceNow capabilities to improve business processes.
Ensure the platform is scalable, efficient, and aligned with Association strategic and operational goals.
