About The Position

This role focuses on maintaining the stability, security, and governance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring it is ready for releases. It involves administering users, groups, roles, and access, managing update sets, the release calendar, and deployment controls. The administrator will coordinate clones, patches, upgrade readiness, and regression cycles, while also monitoring instance health, performance, and configuration hygiene. Maintaining system properties, notifications, scheduled jobs, and technical documentation is crucial, as is coordinating with infrastructure and security teams on platform controls. Additionally, the role involves designing and building platform changes, leading workflow and app enhancements, setting standards, reviewing technical solutions, and supporting complex defects. Building and maintaining forms, flows, catalog items, notifications, and dashboards, along with supporting departmental workflow enhancements and resolving production defects, are also key. The position requires developing minor integrations and configuration changes, supporting testing and deployment validation, running intake sessions, documenting requirements, facilitating prioritization, coordinating UAT and release readiness, and maintaining training materials and documentation. Strong communication and the ability to work across technical and business teams are essential for translating business requirements into platform solutions.

Responsibilities
