About The Position

The ServiceNow ITOM Engineer will be responsible for implementing and managing the ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) within ServiceNow, with a specific focus on FedRAMP implementations. The role requires a strong understanding of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring processes. The candidate will also manage Mid-server placement for FedRAMP instances and handle NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance. Basic knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals and Windows/Unix admin skills is necessary, along with intermediate understanding of infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage) and monitoring tools. Experience with ServiceNow base platform reports, scripting (RegEx, JavaScript, Unix Shell, Windows scripting, PowerShell), and integrations using REST API/SOAP is essential. Familiarity with various testing phases (unit, system integration, performance, user acceptance) and creating repeatable processes for reliable, high-availability environments is also required. The position requires ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator certification, knowledge of Agile Scrum methodology, basic understanding of ITIL standards, and knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Requirements

• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.
• Experience working with and understanding the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging, and production environments that are reliable with high availability.
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
• Basic knowledge with ITIL industry standards.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
