About The Position

This role involves being a ServiceNow Architect / Sr. Developer with a specialization in IT Asset Management (ITAM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The position requires hands-on experience in enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture, design, and defining implementation roadmaps. The individual will be responsible for working within ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB Development. A key aspect of the role is ServiceNow Integration, including integrating ITOM with third-party tools for automation, data collection, and correlation, as well as administration, configuration, and customization. Proficiency in Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and CSDM is essential, along with comprehensive experience in enterprise API development, workflow automation, and aligning with the Common Service Data Model for complete infrastructure visibility. Expert-level knowledge of ITAM, SAM Pro, and HAM Pro is required for IT asset management, software license optimization, and hardware lifecycle management with automated discovery and reconciliation. The role also emphasizes ensuring data integrity and accuracy within the CMDB for all hardware assets, including CI relationships and attributes, and experience in CMDB dashboard analysis and maintenance.

Requirements

• Hands on experience in Enterprise Level ServiceNow ITAM & ITOM architecture and Design
• Experience in working in ServiceNow ITAM, ITOM, Discovery, Cloud Discovery, Service mapping, and CMDB Development
• ServiceNow Integration: ServiceNow ITOM integration with third-party tools automation, data collection and correlation, administration, configuration and customization.
