About The Position

This position requires experience with the ServiceNow ITOM suite, including CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ServiceNow FedRAMP implementation, including FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring. Experience with Mid-server placement for FedRAMP instances and handling NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance is essential. Basic knowledge of Cloud Fundamentals and Windows/Unix admin skills is required, along with intermediate understanding of infrastructure environment setup (Server, Network, Storage, etc.) and monitoring tools. Good knowledge of base platform reports and scripting (RegEx, JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting, Windows scripting, and PowerShell) is necessary. Experience with integrations using REST API, SOAP, or other technologies, as well as unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or client-specific testing, is also required. The candidate should understand the value of creating repeatable processes for reliable, high-availability environments (design, development, test, staging, and production).

Requirements

Knowledge of FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
Strong knowledge of Mid server placement for FedRAMP instances.
Handling NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance.
Basic knowledge in Cloud Fundamentals.
Windows/Unix admin skills.
Intermediate knowledge and ability to understand infrastructure environment setup (Server, Network, Storage, etc.).
Good understanding in Monitoring tools.
Knowledge and experience with base platform reports.
Good experience in Scripting RegEx (JavaScript, Unix Shell scripting and Windows scripting and PowerShell).
Experience in integration using REST API, SOAP, any other technology.
Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing.
Worked with and understands the value in creating repeatable processes to design development, test, staging and production environments that are reliable with high availability.
ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.
Knowledge in Agile Scrum methodology.
Basic knowledge with ITIL industry standards.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Responsibilities

Implement and manage the ServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).
Perform ServiceNow FedRAMP implementations.
Ensure FedRAMP security, authorization, and continuous monitoring.
Manage Mid-server placement for FedRAMP instances.
Handle NERC assets in line with regulatory compliance.
Understand and configure infrastructure environments (Server, Network, Storage).
Utilize monitoring tools.
Generate and interpret base platform reports.
Develop scripts using RegEx, JavaScript, Unix Shell, Windows scripting, and PowerShell.
Integrate systems using REST API, SOAP, or other technologies.
Conduct various forms of testing, including unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Design, develop, and maintain repeatable processes for reliable, high-availability environments across all stages (design, development, test, staging, production).
