Seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to manage infrastructure visibility, service mapping, event management, and operational automation for large telecom environments.

Requirements

• ServiceNow ITOM Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• CMDB
• Operational Intelligence
• Cloud Infrastructure
• Network Monitoring Tools
• IntegrationHub
• 5+ years of ServiceNow ITOM experience.
• Prior Telecom industry experience working with network operations, telecom infrastructure, OSS/BSS platforms, or NOC environments.

Nice To Haves

• CIS-ITOM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB.
• Implement Event Management and Operational Intelligence.
