Our client is seeking a ServiceNow developer to support and scale their existing ServiceNow environment. The immediate focus will be helping reduce a growing backlog across multiple modules while partnering closely with an existing developer. This role will start with enhancement and backlog work and is expected to evolve into longer-term project work, including a planned migration from Service Portal to Employee Service Center. The ideal candidate will be strong technically, understand ServiceNow architecture, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. This team already has ITSM resources and this role focuses on HRSD and CSM.
