Requirements

  • Proficient in scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, etc.).
  • Expertise in Flow Designer and Workflow Automation.
  • Strong skills in Table, Form, Workspace, and UI configuration.
  • Experience with integration development (REST/Spoke).
  • Ability to generate insightful reports and perform platform analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with mentorship from the development lead and product manager.
  • Strong documentation and knowledge-sharing abilities.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Third-party Risk Management (CIS-TPRM)

Nice To Haves

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical lead for Third-party Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Privacy Management application
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to determine requirements and implement solutions.
  • Build and implement workflows to support business processes seamlessly.
  • Build and maintain integrations with risk intelligence providers and vendor systems.
  • Develop and complete automated test plans to ensure flawless functionality.
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for developed solutions.
  • Provide support and development assistance for other solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Regularly update ServiceNow Workspaces to maintain an efficient workflow.
