Arganteal is seeking a ServiceNow GCC Solution Architect to lead the technical design and hands-on delivery of the ServiceNow workstream for a federal Customer Infrastructure Project. This engagement involves implementing an ITSM Phase 1 MVP on the Customer’s existing ServiceNow instance within a Government Community Cloud (GCC) environment, supporting a firm Base Operational Readiness milestone of July 1, 2026. The scope includes Incident, Request, Problem, and Change Management, CMDB Foundation, IRM baseline with a Tenable spoke, and a bidirectional integration to Salesforce via IntegrationHub. The role requires prior experience in ServiceNow GCC or comparable FedRAMP-authorized environments, translating compliance and security requirements into platform architecture and implementation.
