ServiceNow Development Lead
About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer Lead with extensive ServiceNow experience to join our team. This role involves participating in most stages of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from development through implementation. The ideal candidate will lead ServiceNow development design, participate in design conversations, and be highly organized and communicative while leading a small development team.
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow application development
- Experience leading teams and/or projects
- Experience interfacing with clients
- US Citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Provide software configuration across various technical areas
- Analyze business requirements and develop technical requirements
- Develop and design application modules, workflows, and catalog requests
- Develop and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions for clients
- Effectively lead, mentor, and champion your team
- Lead the development, configuration, and integration in modules such as IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Software Asset Management (SAM/ITAM), Vulnerability Response (VR), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Security Incident Response (SIR), Knowledge management, and Service Catalog
