Saronic Technologies is a leader in revolutionizing defense autonomy at sea, dedicated to developing state-of-the-art solutions that enhance maritime operations for the Department of Defense (DoD) through autonomous and intelligent platforms. We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to own, develop, and continuously improve our internal ServiceNow platform. You will serve as the primary technical resource across our active ITSM module, Service Catalog, and Employee Center, while driving the expansion and adoption of ITOM and Hardware Asset Management Pro. This is a platform ownership role. You should think in terms of process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption — not just ticket resolution. You will own the deployment of solutions and modules from end-to-end: from scoping and design through development, testing, and continuous improvement in production.
