About The Position

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office based ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
  • 4+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps.
  • ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • ServiceNow Development:
  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
  • Systems Analysis:
  • Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using ServiceNow.
  • Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
  • Platform Support:
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
