About The Position

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office based ServiceNow Developer to join our Information Technology team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a ServiceNow Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs. Additionally, you will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and providing support to ensure the effective utilization of the platform.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science.
4+ years of experience.
Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Systems Analyst.
Strong proficiency in ServiceNow platform development, including Scripting, Workflows, UI Policies, and Integrations.
Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, ServiceNow, git, Azure DevOps.
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.

Responsibilities

ServiceNow Development:
Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Customize ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain integrations with other systems and applications.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
Systems Analysis:
Work closely with business users to understand their needs and pain points.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline workflows using ServiceNow.
Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment for proposed changes.
Platform Support:
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform.
Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
Monitor platform performance and ensure high availability and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
