About The Position

Develop and support ServiceNow-based enterprise IT applications that improve talent management processes, including learning, training compliance, foreign language programs, recruiting, selection, and performance management. The role focuses on modernizing web applications, enhancing user experience, and supporting enterprise IT operations.

Requirements

  • Strong experience developing ServiceNow applications.
  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Experience with Agile development and Jira.
  • Ability to recommend technical solutions that improve User Experience (UX/UI), Application modernization, Operational efficiency, Quality and delivery speed.
  • Experience analyzing, documenting, and developing Web applications, APIs/web services, Database integrations.
  • Experience generating reports from web-based databases.
  • Experience with GitHub or Subversion for version control.
  • Experience supporting Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 IT operations using service management platforms.
  • Experience creating IT documentation, including: SOPs, Knowledge base articles, Digital workflows, Deployment checklists, Architecture diagrams, Security documentation, Administrative processes.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with the sponsoring government organization and partner IT teams.
  • Experience with Learning management applications, Language, compliance, and performance management systems, Cloud technologies, Networking and hosting platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, XML, and JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
  • Experience with Tableau.
