About The Position

Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Tampa, FL. This role focuses on building, configuring, and enhancing ServiceNow capabilities across ITSM, CSM, and App Engine. The developer will design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities, supporting development across ITSM, CSM, App Engine, and related modules. Responsibilities include building and maintaining various ServiceNow components, developing custom applications, creating integrations, and supporting Service Portal and other user interface enhancements. The role also involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting platform issues, and supporting testing, documentation, and deployment activities, all while adhering to ServiceNow development best practices and security requirements in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.

Requirements

  • Top Secret Clearance (existing clearance required to start)
  • 3+ years of experience developing, configuring, and supporting ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
  • Proficiency with JavaScript development within the ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on experience ServiceNow ITSM and CSM
  • Ability to build custom applications and enhancements using App Engine
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting, automation, integrations, and platform configuration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and platform capabilities
  • Support development across ITSM, CSM, App Engine, and related ServiceNow modules
  • Build and maintain business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalog items, flows, workflows, and notifications
  • Develop custom scoped applications and enhance existing ServiceNow functionality based on mission and customer requirements
  • Create and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other ServiceNow integration methods
  • Support Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspaces, forms, lists, dashboards, and reporting enhancements
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support requirements gathering with government and contractor stakeholders
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes in coordination with the broader technical team
  • Support testing, documentation, deployment, and release activities across ServiceNow environments
  • Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security requirements, and configuration management standards
  • Support delivery in a fast paced, mission focused environment
