Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to join their team. This role involves supporting the implementation and configuration of core ITSM capabilities within a USSOCOM environment. The consultant will configure and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management, Service Catalog, and Service Operations Workspace functionality using ServiceNow best practices. Responsibilities include developing catalog items, record producers, execution plans, workflows, and routing logic, as well as configuring SLA/OLA management, prioritization models, categorization structures, templates, and assignment rules. The role also involves implementing CMDB driven auto assignment and risk-based change management processes, configuring Major Incident Management, building dashboards and reports, configuring Knowledge Management processes, and implementing Service Operations Workspace. Additionally, the consultant will configure ACLs, User Criteria, UI Policies, forms, plugins, and update sets, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.
