About The Position
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team. This role will focus on ServiceNow development, secure integrations, ITSM, automation, and AI capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and enhancements. This includes building secure integrations, developing various scripting components, configuring ITSM modules, and creating user-friendly experiences. You will also troubleshoot platform and integration issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and support upgrades and automation initiatives.
Requirements
- ServiceNow Development & Configuration – 4+ years
- JavaScript / Client & Server-side Scripting – 3+ years
- API Integration, REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth 2.0 – 2+ years
- ServiceNow ITSM, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Catalog, ACLs, CMDB – 2+ years
- Employee Center, Service Portal, UI Builder, Configurable Workspaces – 2+ years
- ServiceNow AI: Now Assist, GenAI, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, or AI Search – 2+ years
- Testing, source control, code review, release management, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication – 2–3+ years
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow applications and enhancements.
- Build secure REST/SOAP integrations, APIs, webhooks, IntegrationHub, and MID Server solutions.
- Develop JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer workflows.
- Configure ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Build user-friendly experiences using Employee Center, Service Portal, workspaces, UI Builder, and mobile.
- Troubleshoot platform, integration, data, and performance issues; follow security, testing, code review, and release standards.
- Collaborate with technical/non-technical stakeholders and support upgrades, releases, documentation, and automation initiatives.
