About The Position

This role requires a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 4 years of experience in developing tools, specifically focusing on ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Management, or a related field. Responsibilities include leveraging core JavaScript development, database technologies like SQL and MySQL, and configuration management within the ServiceNow platform. The developer will be responsible for configuring and customizing various aspects of ServiceNow, including UI Actions, UI Policy, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Include Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Scripted Web Services, Rest and SOAP web services, Roles and Groups. Experience with ServiceNow version upgrades is also essential. The role involves working within a large government agency and requires knowledge of Discovery and Application Dependency mapping tools such as ServiceNow Service Mapping, Application Dependency Mapping (ADM), SolarWinds Server & Application Monitor, Dynatrace, or Device42. A solid understanding of ITIL Foundations concepts is also necessary.
