About The Position

This is a contract position for a ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing enterprise initiatives. The role involves working within a FedRAMP-regulated ServiceNow instance and requires a strong understanding of secure development practices. Responsibilities include release management, platform stability, ServiceNow integrations, and addressing customer agency needs.

Requirements

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience (Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Client Scripts, API integrations, scoped apps).
• Strong understanding of secure development in regulated environments (FedRAMP/GCC High).
• Experience supporting complex enterprise workflows, ServiceNow integrations, and release cycles.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder.

Nice To Haves

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Developer‑adjacent, module‑specific, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ServiceNow applications, including Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
• Manage API integrations and develop scoped applications.
• Support complex enterprise workflows and ServiceNow integrations.
• Participate in release cycles and release management.
• Ensure platform stability.
• Address customer agency needs related to the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
