About The Position
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in scripting and platform development. This role focuses on building scalable ServiceNow solutions, not just configuration or administration.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
- Strong experience with: ServiceNow scripting (server-side and client-side)
- Business Rules and Script Includes
- Service Catalog and workflows
- Record Producers
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture
- Experience building scalable and high-performance applications
- Experience with testing and debugging ServiceNow code
- Ability to lead development efforts and own deliverables
- ServiceNow (5-10 years) - Required
- ServiceNow Development (scripting-focused) - Required
- Workflows / Service Catalog - Required
Nice To Haves
- Experience with HRSD module in ServiceNow
- Experience working in enterprise environments
- Strong attention to detail and code quality
- Good communication and documentation skills
- HRSD - Nice to have
Responsibilities
- Design and develop solutions on the ServiceNow platform
- Build and customize Service Catalog, workflows and record producers
- Develop server-side components including Business Rules, Script Includes and integrations
- Write and maintain client-side scripts for UI and user interactions
- Lead development efforts and support project delivery
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure defect-free releases
- Provide deployment instructions and technical documentation
- Identify risks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Deliver solutions within defined timelines
