Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team in support of Federal Government clients. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
  • Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, such as JavaScript and AngularJS.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs, integrations, and web services.
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and best practices, such as ITIL.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum and Jira.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • U.S. Citizenship

Nice To Haves

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Integration Specialist Certification.
  • Experience working with Federal Government clients and understanding of their requirements.
  • Knowledge of GRC, HR, and CSM ServiceNow applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop custom applications, workflows, and integrations on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, administrators, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using ServiceNow best practices and coding standards.
  • Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of developed solutions.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and tools used by Federal Government clients.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and other team members.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow updates, patches, and new features.
