About The Position
The ServiceNow Developer SME position will work primarily architecting, designing, and developing solutions as part of Development team working in an Agile format. This position will be responsible for architecting a solution based on customer requirements. They should be able to design, develop solutions within ServiceNow. This person should be able to create strategy and solution papers as recommendations to the customer. This person should have a good understanding of Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, App Engine, SPM, and APM. Person should be proficient in developing code using JavaScript, and Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.
Requirements
- Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree
- 10+ years of related experience
- Proficient in developing code using JavaScript.
- Proficient in Portal development using HTML/CSS, Angular JS, Jelly/XML.
- US citizenship required.
- Understanding of Agile, ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, Platform, SAM, HAM, and SPM, and APM.

Responsibilities
- Architecting, designing, and developing solutions within ServiceNow.
- Creating strategy and solution papers as recommendations to the customer.
- Leading/Managing/Supporting the ITSM Development Team.
- Collaborating with multiple development groups to deploy updates and troubleshoot issues related to the ServiceNow Platform.
- Driving outcomes and working with development teams to innovate and resolve challenges.
