About The Position

SERVICENOW DEVELOPER - CSM Remote - DMV area Immediate need for a ServiceNow Developer for our customer based in the Healthcare Insurance sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for CSM ServiceNow application support, solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement, and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Key responsibilities and tasks include. The selected candidate plays a key role in maturing Customer Service Products built on the ServiceNow platform. Will help lead ServiceNow delivery and work with key business units and process managers to build solutions and processes, supporting maintenance, continual service improvement and new capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. Performs complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, codes, tests, develops, and documents application programs for computer systems. Works with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives. Manages modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Leads stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and creates highly complex systems. This position is a long-term contract position with the strong possibility of conversion to FTE status with our customer. Although remote, we are seeking candidates who reside in one of the following states: Washington DC, MD, VA, WV, NC, PA, DE, NY, NJ, TX, FL

Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certification Required - any Developer version acceptable
  • 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically within the Customer Service Management (CSM) - ideally UIB type of business rules, UI actions, UI builder, playbook experience, flow designer exp, etc.
  • Must have worked on the Zurich version of ServiceNow
  • Must have experience in implementing templates and dashboards in the ServiceNow platform
  • Fundamental understanding of the key technologies relevant to the ServiceNow integration solutions, including: ServiceNow APIs, SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS
  • Must have JavaScript experience. Customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules through the use of scripting (JavaScript, etc.) and UI development to tailor the platform to specific business needs
