About The Position

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to help design and implement Personal Injury (PI) and Recordable Environmental Incident (REI) workflows using Out-of-the-Box (OOB) ServiceNow capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform and a good understanding of Health and Safety or Risk-related processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and OOB configuration (Flow Designer, Forms, Catalog Items, Tables, ACLs, Notifications, etc.).
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (javascript, glidescript).
• Experience with ServiceNow development, including business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and ACLs.
• Expert knowledge and expertise of integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and JDBC.
• Experience with integration tools like Mid Server and Integration Hub.
• Understanding of CMDB (Configuration Management Database) and CSDM (Common Service Data Model).
• Experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management) modules like Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping, and Orchestration.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and AngularJS for Service Portal and UI customization.
• Knowledge of performance tuning, optimization, and best practices for scalable solutions.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
