About The Position
This role requires a strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM modules, with a focus on implementing and managing these systems. The administrator will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and solution engineer, providing technical guidance and options for ITOM solutions.
Requirements
- 4-yr Technical Degree
- 8+ yrs of IT/Engineering xp
- 3+ yrs prior work as Subject Matter Expert (SME) experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and CSDM modules
- 2+ yrs of solution engineer (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) within ITOM
Nice To Haves
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow CIS – ITSM
- ServiceNow CIS – any ITOM module (is a plus)
- ITIL v4
