About The Position

The global Information Technology (IT) Function is leading efforts to align IT and Business Strategy, leverage IT investments, and optimize end to end business processes and associated information integration technologies. Through these efforts, IT helps to improve the competitive position of Corning's businesses through IT enabled processes. IT also delivers Information Technology applications, infrastructure, and project services in a cost efficient manner to Corning worldwide. The ServiceNow Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring successful delivery and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and workflows.
  • Experience with integrations and data migration.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced module expertise: ITSM, ITOM, SPM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, GRC, App Engine Studio
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
  • Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ITIL and digital transformation background.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex ServiceNow projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Required: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ITIL V3/V4, Scrum Master Certification or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
  • Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist.

Responsibilities

  • Lead ServiceNow module implementation and configuration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and governance standards.
  • Perform quality assurance and validation of platform changes.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project success.
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.
