Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow projects, interact with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements, and collaborate with ServiceNow development teams. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and administering ServiceNow applications, translating complex business requirements into technical designs, and supporting projects by capturing current state processes, identifying pain points, and designing future state processes. The analyst will maintain frequent engagement with users and stakeholders, collaborate closely with technical teams, stay current with ServiceNow products and industry trends, conduct technical assessments, build functional work products (process maps, design documents, communications), support testing and training, and create technical and functional documentation.
