Guidehouse is seeking a ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow workstreams, interact with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements, and collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications. The role involves translating complex business requirements into technical designs and solutions using ServiceNow, supporting projects by capturing current state processes and pain points, and designing future state processes. The Business Analyst will maintain frequent engagement with users and stakeholders throughout all project phases, collaborate closely with technical teams, stay current with ServiceNow products and industry trends, conduct technical assessments, build functional work products (process maps, design documents, communications), support functional product testing and training, and create technical and functional documentation for ServiceNow solutions.
