ServiceNow Business Analyst Intern

CHS has an exciting opportunity in our Information Technology group. We are looking for a ServiceNow Software Engineer Intern to help support a variety of projects that will range in scale and complexity. Candidate must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, strong analytical and problem-solving skills and possess the willingness to learn new technologies and concepts. This position will function in a team-oriented environment and adhere to project timelines. This role is primarily remote, with the expectation of being onsite at our Inver Grove Heights, MN office a few times each month.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Graduate degree in Business Management, Information Management, Computer Science, or other STEM degree program.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess the willingness to learn new technologies and concepts.
- Function in a team-oriented environment and adhere to project timelines.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of programming and/or scripting languages, such as JavaScript.
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of ITIL, DevOps, and ITSM practices.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline development, including experience with Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and interpretive skills.
- Basic understanding of workflows and business processes.
Responsibilities
- Join Enterprise Services Management Platform team to deliver ServiceNow Artificial Intelligence (AI) system modifications for Information Technology Systems Management (ITSM) space.
- Understand requirements and work with team to formulate solutions in ServiceNow to support business needs.
- Develop an understanding of business processes, integration technologies and team guidelines and standards.
- Help ensure common understanding within the team on business needs and goals and ensure the team’s solutions address the core business needs
- Adhere to scrum/agile processes as determined by a senior team member.
- Collaborate with business units to deliver ServiceNow solutions.
- Work with ESM team to deploy solutions into a production environment.
