About The Position
The ServiceNow Architect will provide architectural guidance to the development team. This role requires prior experience in a similar architectural capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities and best practices, and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management).
- Proficiency in Service Mapping.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript.
- Experience with Webservices.
- Familiarity with LDAP.
- Experience with SolarWinds.
- Experience with Integrations.
- Understanding of Monitoring tools and concepts.
- Demonstrated thought leadership.
- Knowledge of best practices in ServiceNow.
- Experience in developing IT strategy.
- Experience in defining architecture.
Nice To Haves
- Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
Responsibilities
