Transformation Advisor: Act as SME and thought leader for ServiceNow transformations, guiding clients through digital maturity and platform optimization. Operational Excellence: Drive cost transparency and value tracking for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations. Platform Stewardship: Stay current on ServiceNow products and integrated technologies, ensuring scalable and secure implementations.
