SUMMARY/OBJECTIVES The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for providing best practice advisory services to functional and technical streams throughout the solution implementation and ongoing sustainment. The Architect is the most senior technical design authority on the project. This role will oversee a team on the ServiceNow platform and certify the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development. This role will build and drive high performing relationships with strategic development partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development. In an operational setting the Architect is responsible for architecting solution design in response to business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement. They provide design perspectives to the implementation team to maintain consistency, stability, scalability and supportability of the solution and processes. The architect will advise and design how the platform will integrate with other key platforms across the organization as well as perform actual development. This individual needs to stay current on the vendor’s solution capabilities and product roadmap and maintain the organizational roadmap for the solution. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Employee must have in depth knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform including Architecture, Development, Configuration and Platform Security as well as integration with tools and applications such as BigFix, Bomgar, Rapid7, Workday etc. Prior experience and/or understanding of Banking Processes and Workflow is a must. Bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Computer Science, or related field required. Training, management, ServiceNow Certification strongly preferred.
