Configure, administer, and enhance the ServiceNow platform to support ITSM and related modules Design and implement workflows, automation, business rules, and UI policies that streamline operations Support and optimize Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB processes Ensure data integrity across CMDB and service catalog for reliable decision-making Build dashboards and reports that provide real-time operational insights Collaborate with Program Managers, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Delivery teams Support platform upgrades, releases, and testing cycles Troubleshoot complex production issues and deliver advanced support Uphold governance, security, and compliance standards in a regulated environment Drive continuous improvement and ITSM maturity initiatives
