This role acts as a technical platform owner, ensuring ServiceNow aligns with business processes, governance standards, and enterprise architecture. The Senior Administrator partners closely with IT, process owners, integrators, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high quality ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. This position goes beyond day-to-day administration and includes platform design decisions, automation strategy, and release management.
